Our website and learning services
Language Out Loud provides information about English learning plans, speaking practice and related learning support. You can browse the website and contact us to discuss your goals, availability and a suitable class plan. The website is not an automated booking or payment service.
Enquiries and class arrangements
Clicking “Join Now” or a course plan button opens our contact page; it does not confirm enrolment, reserve a place or take a payment. A class arrangement is confirmed directly with Tehmina. Before paying, ask for written confirmation of the plan, lesson format, number or frequency of classes, timetable and time zone, start date, total price and currency, and any applicable trial or renewal terms.
Plan descriptions and prices help you compare options. Availability and the details that apply to your own classes must be confirmed before payment. Any later change to an agreed paid arrangement should be discussed and agreed directly.
Payments
Payments are arranged separately and made by direct transfer to the card details agreed with Tehmina. This website does not collect card details or process transfers. Confirm the recipient, amount and currency through your direct conversation before sending money. Do not enter or send card security codes, banking passwords or one-time authentication codes through this website or by email.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
Before paying, obtain written confirmation of the rules for cancelling or rescheduling a lesson, missed classes, course cancellation and refunds. No particular refund amount, cancellation deadline or automatic renewal should be assumed from a website button. Contact Tehmina promptly about a change or concern. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you remain unaffected.
Learning participation and outcomes
Online learning requires suitable internet access and a compatible device. Tell us about any access or support needs before agreeing to classes. Learners are expected to participate respectfully and use learning materials responsibly. Progress depends on factors such as starting level, attendance and practice. Descriptions or testimonials do not guarantee a particular examination score, level, job or other outcome.
